Stop the free beta
Email support@idpurge.co.uk from your account email and tell us you want to stop. You do not have to give a reason or use a particular form.
The email link opens a draft in your email application; opening it does not send your request. We will confirm the request and the action taken. There is no cancellation charge for the free beta.
Cancellation and deletion are separate
Ending service or future renewal does not itself request erasure of all records. To close your beta account, use account settings. For a specific erasure request or withdrawal of authority for new broker requests, contact privacy@idpurge.co.uk.
The future paid service
The planned paid operator is idpurge LTD. Final subscription prices and checkout are not yet available. Before any paid order, we will explain the billing period, renewals, minimum term, cancellation method and applicable cooling-off rights, and provide confirmation you can keep.
The paid service is being designed with an initial 14-day cooling-off period and the applicable renewal cooling-off rights. Paid work during an initial cooling-off period requires your express start request and the required information first. Starting a scan does not by itself waive the right to cancel.
Any lawful service deduction must reflect the proportion of the agreed service actually supplied. There will be no separate administration or refund-processing charge for exercising a statutory cooling-off right. Any entitlement arising from faulty service or another statutory remedy is assessed separately.
The paid service must provide the required online cancellation and renewal notices before billing is enabled. This information page and its email link are not an automatic subscription-cancellation or refund system.
Optional cancellation form
You may download a plain-text cancellation form, but any clear cancellation notification is sufficient. Company address fields remain blank until the details are confirmed. Downloading the form does not submit anything.
